ORDERS & SHIPPING



1. What's my order status?



If you have an uueyoga.com account, you can log in and view order status and tracking on the HOME page, under recent orders. It typically takes 1-3 business days for an order to ship. If you need further assistance, please email us.



2. How do I cancel my order?



Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. In order to best assist with your request, we recommend reaching out to us live chat for immediate assistance. If we are unable to cancel your order, we can always walk you through our easy returns process.



3. I forgot to add an item to my order; can I make a change before it ships?



Once your order has been completed, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage. Please place a new order on the website for the additional items. Remember, shipping is free!



4. Can I change the color/size of what I just ordered?



Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. 5. What if I need to change my order?

6. Are Taxes and Customs Duties included in the checkout?





Taxes and customs duties are not included in checkout. When the package arrives in your country, the delivery company will contact you in regard to the amount of taxes/duty you will be responsible for.





7. My product was lost in transit. What should I do?





We're so sorry to hear that! Reach out to our customer service team at uueyoga@gmail.com and we'll try to locate it for you. Please note: we are not responsible for items lost in transit, but we’re happy to help you look for your package.





8. I accidentally shipped my order to the wrong address - What should I do?





If you notice that your order is going to the wrong address after it has shipped, and is being shipped via UPS, we recommend logging into UPS and re-routing the shipment via their portal. This is the best way to guarantee the shipment gets to the proper address. If that is not an option, give us a shout alberren23@gmail.com and our customer service team will do what they can to help. Please note: we can't always correct user errors made at checkout, but we will do all we can to rectify any issues!
